Available Scholarships:

• Bill Mason Scholarship – Any Oklahoma student studying at Asbury Seminary with intentions of serving Wesleyan churches in Oklahoma that adhere to the orthodox Wesleyan interpretation of the Christian faith 
• Bill Elliott Scholarship – Any college student studying music and/or youth ministry
• Edna and Herbert Tohlen, Sr. Memorial Scholarship – Any undergraduate student studying to pursue full-time Christian ministry
• Christian Service Scholarship – Any Asbury member studying to pursue full-time Christian ministry
• The Asbury Foundation Scholarship – any Asbury member pursuing an undergraduate degree demonstrating a desire to have a Christian influence in an area outside of full-time ministry.

Annual Scholarship Timeline (other than Bill Mason Scholarship):

• April 7 - Application Deadline
• June 1 - Announcement of Recipients

General Policies:

• Students may only receive one of the available scholarships in a given year, although they may apply for all scholarships for which they are eligible.
• Students may receive scholarships in multiple years, although no scholarships will be awarded more than one year at a time.
• All application materials must be received by the deadline to be considered.

Required Essays:

• Complete Both; each should be 500 words or less
• Questions:
  1. Tell us about yourself, your involvement at Asbury, and your extra-curricular/volunteer activities.
  2. What are your academic and/or career goals and how will this scholarship help you achieve this?
