One of Asbury’s most familiar and loved faces, Pastor Dick Read has served on staff since 1980. Though he currently oversees Congregational Care, he previously served specifically in Asbury Students, discipleship and as Executive Pastor.
The pride of Dick’s life is his family – Cindy, Rachel, David, Aaron, Nina, Jack, Fynn and Maggie. He “still gets a pit in my stomach with excitement every time we get together.” One thing you might not have known? Dick is the son of a career USAF officer and graduated from American High in Kaiserslautern, Germany!
