Circle of Care is a 105-year old organization committed to providing Christian help, healing and hope to children and families in crisis to ensure a safe, healthy and spiritual future. We provide services to children, young adults and families through five programs: Foster Care Services, Transitional Living Services for Young Adults (PAL), Counseling Services, Transitional Living Services for Single Mothers (Pearl’s Hope) and Parent to Parent Mentorship Services.
