Not only does she create HR initiatives that support and maintain a productive and fun workplace environment, Shari is also responsible for the major areas of talent acquisition, retention, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits.
Shari is married with one child, two stepchildren and four grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with family and listening to Contemporary Christian music.
