Has God nudged your heart to positively influence kids' relationships with Him? Are you dedicated to teaching Scripture and sharing how Jesus gives us peace, love, joy and hope? If your answer is "yes," our AsburyKids Volunteer Team would love to serve alongside you!
Our volunteers show kids they are loved, while helping them grow to be disciples of Jesus. Volunteers will work closely to make sure kids understand the importance of having a personal relationship with Jesus.
We provide all supplies and easy-to-follow lesson plans. All you need is to love kids and have a passion to help them follow Jesus for the rest of their lives! It is truly a beautiful time spent helping these young kids learn about the love of Jesus, how to pray, how to give and how to serve. And in the process your spiritual development will grow too!
P.S. Parents make awesome AsburyKids volunteers. It is a perfect time for you to connect with your children spiritually. As an added bonus, you get an inside scoop on what they are learning in class and get to know their friends!
We can't wait for you to join us on this life-changing adventure! We ask volunteers for a commitment of just two Sundays per month for one service hour:
- Two week on/off schedule. You either choose 9 or 11 am, so you can still attend worship.
- TEAM ALPHA – Week One/Two and TEAM OMEGA – Week Three/Four
