Study of Galatians
Every Wednesday, from 09/09/2020 to 12/09/2020, 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
Instructor(s): Gail Knox
In his letter to the churches in Galatia, Paul addresses a perversion of the Gospel that plagued the church of his day. A group of believing Jews known as Judaizers had added acceptance of the Jewish Law as a requisite for salvation. Paul called this teaching a different gospel and was adamant that a different Gospel was no Gospel at all. He wrote to remind believers—back then and today—of the new freedom that is theirs in Christ.
In this relevant study of the book of Galatians, you will come face-to-face with the Christ in you and learn from the apostle Paul how you have been made righteous through no merit of your own. You will learn about grace that brings salvation as well as the grace by which all believers live.
