Loss of a Spouse Workshop

Losing a spouse can be devastating, whether the death is sudden or following a long illness. People who are widowed haven’t just lost a loved one — they’ve lost an entire lifestyle. This two-hour GriefShare workshop features a short video followed by small group discussion. Also included is a participant guide which offers practical strategies, exercises and encouraging words to help you work through the effects and challenges of grief in a healthy way. All widows and widowers are welcome!
