High School Retreat

December 4—5, 2026

HSR check-in will start Friday at 6 PM in the Asbury Student Center.

HSR will end at 11 PM on Sat, Dec, 5 (pick-up @ Asbury Student Center).

High School Retreat (HSR) is a weekend designed for students to deepen their relationship with Christ and build meaningful connections with others. It is also a great opportunity for students to invite friends who do not yet have a church home.

This year, HSR will be in-town, and our theme will be “Renovate.” Inspired by Dallas Willard’s Renovation of the Heart, Chris Bell will teach on what it means to experience the inner transformation Christ brings to our hearts and lives.

Throughout the weekend, students will participate in worship led by a live worship band, spend time in small groups, and have plenty of opportunities to connect with one another. Our goal is to create space for God to speak and work in students’ lives while giving them opportunities to have fun, build friendships, and make memories that last.

Students will stay in host homes, organized by grade and gender and provided by church families. Each home will have 2–3 Ministry Safe-certified adult leaders who will lead and supervise students throughout the weekend, including travel, small groups, and other activities.
