This new group is for those whose children are “grown and flown” or are on the verge of leaving the nest. As your children grow up, have you ever wondered – What is “normal” as I empty nest? How do I find myself again? How do I cultivate and navigate new relationships with my adult children and others? Can I discover new roles and passions?
