Program Details - Duration: Two-year fellowship starting August 2025

  2. Educational Elements
    • Guided reading program
    • Weekly transformation-driven small groups
    • Wesleyan class meeting leadership training
    • One-on-one mentoring with Program Director
  3. Practical Ministry
    • Active participation in all worship services (including Thursday evening)
    • Wednesday evening discipleship activities
    • "See a need, meet a need" service approach

 Distinctive Focus - The program specifically prepares leaders to:

  • Navigate ministry in "Negative World" cultural context
  • Develop strategies for effective church leadership
  • Build foundations for both ordained and non-ordained ministry roles 

Application Process

  • Complete the employment application form and submit to
  • Deadline: May 16, 2025
  • Final interviews: June 2025 (on-site at Asbury Church)
  • Program Start: August 2025
