January 29: Mexican salad, chicken chimichanga, queso, black beans and rice

February 5: Garden salad, Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, vegetable and a roll

February 12: Salad, sweet and sour chicken, fried rice and an egg roll

February 19*: Caprese salad, spaghetti and a cheese filled bread stick

February 26: Garden salad, chicken pot pie and a roll

March 5: Salad, chicken marsala, pasta, vegetable and a roll

March 12: Spanish salad and chicken fajita pasta bake

March 19: Salad, corn beef and cabbage, carrots and new potatoes and a roll

March 26: Spinach salad, million-dollar chicken casserole, roasted vegetables and a roll

April 2: Garden salad, chicken fried steak, mashed potato, green beans and a roll

April 9: Garden salad, shepherd’s pie and a bread stick

April 16: Garden salad, Pizza (cheese and pepperoni), Dessert
